他妈的我真想骂人受不了了，据说现在还没发钱是因为刚开学学校太忙？
恩，太忙就拖着吧，连我们家hamster的待遇都不够（再忙我也是会让它们吃饱喝足玩够的）

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm one of the MOE PRC scholarship owners. I'm in my third year now.

Currently I'm living off campus, I have paid for over one thousand dollars as my housing fee (of 3 months), and need to pay for the 4th month within these two days. I really can not afford more as I don't have that amount left. I heard our seniors have already got the allowance, how about us?

If i'm not wrong, last time we got it in mid Jan, it's been 7 months since then. I hope the university is not too busy to deal with this problem.
