A1: A flat owner who has purchased his flat with CPF Housing Grant for Singles is eligible for the Top-Up Grant if: (a) he subsequently marries a Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) who is a first-timer, or another SC who is also a Singles Grant recipient on or after 1 Aug 04; or (b) his non-citizen spouse or child obtains citizenship or SPR Status and the marriage between the singles grant recipient and his non-citizen spouse is on or after 8 Mar 2005; or (c) an SC/SPR child is born to him and his wife (whom he married on or after 8 Mar 2005).
