China Kunda Technology raises $7.15m by placing 32m new shares with Barron Partn
China Kunda Technology Holdings, the provider of precision moulds and plastic injection parts to the electronics, electrical, automobile and specialised devices industries, has agreed to place 32 million new shares with Barron Partners LP to raise net proceeds of $7.15 million.
Barron Partners is a private investment fund based in New York with US$100 million ($142 million) in assets and specializes in micro-cap companies. Its investment criteria for targeted companies include strength of management team, sustainability and growth potential of future revenue, cash flow and earnings, competitive advantages, excitement and uniqueness of business, high profit margins and high returns on capital.
