小弟上个月面了一家软件公司，对方招人部门已经发过email答应招我，让我等待HR的
official offer，今天再发邮件过去问什么时候可以谈salary package，HR的态度难以
捉摸，焦虑啊，不会反悔了吧，下面是HR回的邮件：

As at this moment, i am still waiting for the hiring manager to get their
hiring tickets.
Once ready, will let you know in detail, as you can only join us next year,
things may also change. Hence it will not be good for me to share too much.

这里的hiring manager我不是很明白，是指HR部门的recruitment leader还是指招人部
门的manager。如果是招人部门的manager的话，那情况就很危险了

实在搞不懂，请大家帮我揣摩一下里面的意思

如果明年的budget不够的话，可能就不招你了； 担心也没用，做好两手准备，多争取几个offers

但最后一个学期课业也不轻松，找工作很耗时间很麻烦啊
