Job Requirements:
Must have Lotus Notes email and Domino admin experience
Certified Lotus Professional (CLP) certification is highly desired (not a must) with strong working knowledge of:
Domino / Notes administration and management best practices (R6.x required)
Domino mail routing and mail protocols such as SMTP,POP3, Domino Web Access(DWA)
Server and client security architecture
Day-to-day Lotus Notes/Domino administration tasks, involving troubleshooting server and 2nd Level support for client issues.
Administer Domino in Unix and Windows platform
Experience in large enterprise organization across several locations with several thousand users.
Hands-on development experience with Lotus Notes Release 6/7 using both functions and LotusScript.
Possess with good interpersonal / communication skills and be able to work within team and across inter department teams.
Must have strong analytical abilities, an eye for details, and methodical.
Working experience on Lotus Sametime, Lotus Domino Document Management and Lotus QuickPlace, BES and etc will be a plus.
Experience in large enterprise organization across several locations with several thousand users.
The responsibilities of the candidate should be:
Day-to-day Lotus Notes/Domino administration tasks, involving troubleshooting server and 2nd Level support for client issues.
Manage day-to-day Domino 2nd level user support. Ensure primary production support procedures and change control procedures.
Familliar with adminp process, access control lists (ACLs), replication and other domino related procedures.
Indept knowledge of the Names and Address book - various views , agents and processes
Automate day-to-day administration through agents, functions and lotusscript
Manage software upgrades of Domino servers
Manage software distribution of Lotus Notes client, including the plan to rollout to upgraded versions of the client.
Document all system designs and maintain documentation after all changes.
Implement any security standards that are required to ensure platform is secured.
Real-world implementation and management of products that use standard Internet protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP / HTTP (SSL), POP3 / IMAP.
Server and client upgrades to new releases ; Server and client security architecture.
Use of collaboration tools from customer perspective as well as technical support.
Administer Domino in Linux and Windows platform.
Manage software distribution of Lotus Notes client, including the plan to rollout to upgraded versions of the client.
Make sound judgments regarding the evolving system architecture to meet changing business needs.
Document all system designs and maintain documentation after all changes. Document responsibilities and validate periodically that content is accurate and up-to-date.
Ensure business recovery plan for Lotus Domino applications and email.
Implement any security standards that are required to ensure platform is secured.
Stay abreast of new developments in Lotus Domino technology and make recommendations for adoption of technology.
