"I do worry about you and other mainland Chinese who have immigrated to Singapore because I've found that the Singaporeans generally take a very snobbish attitude towards mainland Chinese. They seem to think all Chinese women are mistresses out to steal their husbands or something.Singaporeans are very xenophobic "

Misunderstanding or lack of information lead to prejudice, especially that Singaporeans only care about domestic/family affairs, as a result, they do not change their mindset for 10, if not 20 years.
