control panel -> Administrative Tools -> Internet Information Services

打开之后看 Default Web Site的属性， 有一项Web Site, 然后看Web Site Identification里面的IP address，你如果设置成你自己的IP地址，就会出现上述的情况了哦，改成All Unassigned.
