I'm in Europe now and need to go back to SG for a business trip. However, my Re-entry permit has just expired this month. Can I still enter singapore without applying for standard visa? Anyway to do it on arrival? Thanks a lot!

you have to apply for a visa to enter SG since your REP has been expired.

bear in mind, your need to re-apply for your PR status as well.
