it should be a time problem on the server.
if you are still in the domain, you may not have the right to adjust your system time. it's a nusstu domain policy. for example, you cannot see the "internet time" tab in your system's "Date and Time Properties" if you are in the domain.
Quit the domain ,then you can synchronize your system time with some internet time server.
