好像是在仓库里，要拿出来之后，你才能借
是有人request了，你如果要借的话，也可以request
这样你就会被加入这个queue里面，等前面request的人还了你就可以借了。。library会给你email通知的。

"Request Item" does NOT mean someone else has requested it, instead, it refers to the state where the book is in the storage away from the library, and no one has requested it to be put into library yet.
