1。得到你的机器的137.132.X.X的IP。得到的一种方法就是用ftp访问ftp.singnet.sg welcome msg会显示你的IP或spnp的地址（ping 那个地址可得137.132.x.x的IP）

2。设定一个比较大的端口值，比如1234

然后让你朋友用你137.132.x.x的ip access你的ftp。
我这样以前在新加坡范围内能让别人访问，美国就不知道了，应该也行吧。
