买小的二手公寓新手一枚，完全没有头绪，在propertyguru 上翻了半天也找不到卖二手公寓的帖子，全都是新的未完成的。只好厚着脸皮发帖问了。PS，有人可以指点下在哪里找二手公寓买卖的价钱嘛？ 情况：想买的是两房间，一个洗手间那种，小的二手公寓，或者5年以上的EC （主要是不想等，买了就想住进去）。 地点，偏僻点也行，只要有公车或者MRT就行（国大上班）。比较稍微抗拒石龙岗或者是接近机场那边的房子，因为实在太远了。比较喜欢油池蔡厝港一带的房子---当然，价格是首先考虑的因素。 1. 大概价位是多少。囊中羞涩，只是为了方便住，不考虑高档型的住宅。 2. 单身一枚PR买，不知道贷款能贷到多少。刚毕业工作的新手，买房子贷款会影响嘛 （PR两年了）。 3. 听说买公寓是只要卖房中介还是怎么的，那我怎么找中介？ 各位前辈有什么注意事项请给我指点下，万分感谢。 --- 该帖荣获当日十大第8，奖励楼主4分以及6华新币，时间：2016-10-10 22:00:03。
