上次我去听talk,问HR,他说加在一起大概要20个，IT 的应该多点

所以保operation的也不好进

I heard only...

Barclays and Citibank hv internship open during Feb-Mar...
For internships in banks, early next yr still got chance..

the other banks will hv recruitment only during the 2nd half of each year...

so hv to wait lah...

sigh, going to graduate this coming may, cannot wait liao.
I just wonder, if i apply next year, will they consider me or not? cos i think for every application they will ask you to indicate have you applied to them before?

Yesterday morning was rejected by Credit suisse operation. Really lose all my confidence. I emailed them and ask for the result. I think if i dun email, they will never tell the result. This is just unfair for us. I just feel we are in a very passive position and we cannot do anything but 听天由命

Banks like Credit Suisse and Barclays

They only consider the application from a certain candidates once a year. So if this year ur application fails, you hv to wait till next yr.

我对ML的印象也很不错

我还记得，那次talk,来了好多高层的人员，虽然他们只是招IT和operation.可见他们很重视。后来我和好几个operation的高层谈话的时候，发现他们这得很好，很和蔼可亲，而且又问必答，答案绝对不是冠冕堂皇的那种。我还记得我们她们一个问题，关于operation, i asked, i heard from my senior that operation is always most boring section in the IB, is this true? 她的回答很诚恳。

所以拿到ML interview 的朋友们，加油
