Actually no big difference
As for the speed for online surf, no big difference except for the highest one in the Starhub. But our students actually no need for this.
But starhub one get an advertage for us: eg, changing our location or transfering our tract to another guy. Only a little service charge.
If you sign in the singNet, you have to pay a big fee.

目前比较普通的感觉*是MaxOnline连国内网站特别慢
早期的MaxOnline并没有这样的感觉。
比顶限速度的话，就取决于所买的plan了。但是，对俺来讲能用到顶限速度的情况是非常罕见的。所以俺的理论是与其多花钱买用不到的带宽，还不如把这些钱捐给常访问的网站来升级。
P.S. “感觉”，是指并非科学对比测量的，而是主观观察判断的。

目前的例子是，starhub网络还没有找到一个长期可以顺利连接收听的国内的“听吧”类网站，非starhub网络在可连接时期时都效果不错。这个例子测试因测试范围有限、对比测试时间不同，不一定是准确的。
