临床应该不可能 ，无论英国，美国还是德国的临床医学学位，不允许在本地行医，也无法直接行医，一个最简单的理由就是:用药系统不一样。
如果已经有本地学位，已经是医生，然后再去这些地方进修，就是另一个问题。

如果是基因工程一类的学科，就可以，那个已经不是临床医学了。
知道又在英国学这类专业，然后去美国读博，根本没有办法回来工作，找不到合适的位置

但是国大这边的情况跟你的不像，你家那时已经拿到，我家目前还没拿到，要等到五月初；现在是未雨绸缪.哈哈

那是因为现在的PSC 奖学金含义加大了，以前的PSC 奖学金是专指Public Service，也就是公务员，其实部门的比如律政部，卫生部都算另外的比如律政部奖学金，卫生部奖学金，现在都统称PSC 奖学金。
如果你细心的话，你可以看到这类法律的PSC 奖学金得主都统称Legal Service是去律政部的,也有学医的去卫生部称Medicine Service,你还可以看到不学医的也叫Medicine Service,那是因为他是去卫生部的。

记得若干年前一个英国名校回来的医学生，考不过本地资格考，只好去公司做application specialist。

本地医学生：
Local-trained Doctors
Local-trained medical practitioners refer to medical graduates holding MBBS or equivalent degree awarded by any of the medical schools specified in the First Schedule of the Medical Registration Act (MRA)(Cap 174).

This group of doctors may apply for provisional registration, to undergo 12 months of housemanship or equivalent training, after they have obtained their medical qualification. Subsequently, the doctor may apply for full registration upon obtaining the certificate of experience, taking the Physician’s Pledge and fulfilling the existing criteria for full registration.


外国医学生：
International Medical Graduates
International medical graduates (IMG) refer to doctors trained overseas. IMGs holding a degree from a university specified in the Second Schedule of the MRA or a registrable postgraduate medical qualification recognised by SMC may apply for medical registration provided the applicant meets SMC's prevailing criteria for registration.

International Medical Graduates who do not hold qualifications which are recognised by the SMC as stated above will not be eligible to apply for medical registration to be a medical practitioner in Singapore.



有志于在坡县做医生的童鞋还是在本地读比较简单直接，不要被这个表误导，每年给的外国注册名额极其有限 -虽然现在也有中国医生通过了。

律师也一样，可以考bar但通过率极低

不过外国律师可以在 “新加坡注册外国律师”下，协助国际业务， 好像外国医生就没有“新加坡注册外国医生”这一说

At the end of last year, public hospitals and polyclinics had more than 2,100 foreign doctors in their employ, and the number continues to grow as Singapore faces a shortage of trained medical staff.

Most are primary care doctors with only 477 foreign specialists, a spokesman for the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) told The Straits Times.

In contrast, the private sector had only 156 doctors who were neither Singapore citizens nor permanent residents, according to the SMC's 2014 annual report.

To meet the demand for doctors, the Ministry of Health (MOH) has worked with the Education Ministry to raise the number of students accepted into medical schools here from 350 in 2012 to 460 this year.
