1.用防螨虫的床罩 (不是普通店里买的那种，药房里卖的那种专业防螨虫的。大人的床如果没有的话，要避免孩子和睡父母的大床）
2.床单枕套每天洗
3. 家里尽量用皮沙发
4. 地毯毛绒玩具全部收起来
5. 窗帘布的靠垫什么的要勤洗

其实很难做到完全隔离过敏源，只能尽量减少接触吧。希望有帮助。
