还真敢说啊
小坡的各块地的plot ratio都是master plan里面规划好的
绝大部分公寓的plot ratio是2.1
因为要达到公寓舒适的环境2.1已经蛮高了
基本上除了jurong east那个想要en bloc的公寓，因为原先plot ratio才1.6，才有机会申请调高到1.8或者2.0。

heritage view的plot ratio已经是2.1了
