以投资1.5m买2房为背景
One north eden
优点：
1. 新。TOP 2023 vs TOP 2009，但其实看one north residence维护的还不错（从外面看，没进去过）
2. 地契。99 yrs wef 2019 vs 99 yrs wef 2005，这个差距比one north residence和隔壁heritage view和dover parkview的差距还大，担心之后one north residence的转售价
缺点：
1. 要等，目前没有租金收入
2. 小，目前看两房是689 sqft，One north residence应该是980起。从租客角度（尤其是租两房室的），应该会倾向于面积更大的
One north residence的优缺点和上面相反。个人还是比较看好one north这块区域，就是不知道这两个怎么选
