如果你有买家Agent, 通过自己的Agent和卖家Agent 达成交易，行规是Seller Agent 需要向Buyer Agent支付0.5% 交易额的佣金。Buyer不需要向自己的Agent付佣金。
这就是为什么Seller Agent更喜欢direct buyer, 自己能多赚点。但是CEA 明文规定不许Agent直接说No co-broke， 因为这对seller 不公平(损失潜在的自带agent 的buyer)
