求助：要first appointment了，被通知主卧厕所漏水

买了第一套resale 房子，房子屋龄大概在13年这样。也没有很旧啊，今早被通知 主卧厕所漏水了。

下个星期就要去签first appointment了，该怎样跟屋主交涉会更有利于自己呢？

卖家中介给我们两种方案，1:如果我们大装修，屋主就不用管了。

2: 如果我们不大装修，屋主会来修。出于我们自己考虑，想让屋主出钱，我们自己找contractor来修。

这个维修费大概是多少呢？我们暂时给屋主她们出的cost是800新币。卖家中介还说，屋主要去和HDB check quotation，意思就是假设HDB的报价低，就按照HDB价格走。。尴尬的是这个厕所所有管道都是走墙里面的，如果要修是整个要地板要拆掉的。。

感觉厨房也有些问题。。


大家又遇到过类似问题吗？求援助，求援手！


这是卖家中介今早通知我的消息。2 days ago just found that the concealed water pipe in the master toilet has seepage. Will you be doing major renovation for the master toilet? Do you prefer getting your contractor to rectify when doing your renovation or you prefer Landlord to rectify before the completion?
