如果我没有记错的话好像尺价在￥1200多左右。价格相对对面的Commonwealth Tower和Queens peak尺价有一定优势，好像总价便宜便宜不了多少。如果考虑D3 Queenstown Mrt or Redhill MRT附近的房子，可以看看Commonwealth Tower和 The Artra。最近GLS在Margaret Drive的地被MCC Land以$997 per plot ratio 拿下，明年新盘至少在1800-1900.
