一手房，买入价大约是40－50万上下。6、7年前，那块多人卖得比入手价更低，但还是乏人问津。
还是移民政策好啊～很多PR买不到喜欢的组屋，就买便宜的公寓了。屋主们好高兴能高价脱手，买市中心的其他房子。
