我就暂时assume你是120sqm。个人觉得一下几个大的item比较便宜：
1. install kitchen cabinet top and bottom的价格只有$100 per ft
2. paint the whole unit $1500
3. Hack the whole unit $2800

不过我注意到很多Labor to install的东西，比如：
labor to install wc pedestal
labor to install wash hand basin等等，他都charge你钱了。既然你整个厕所重新做过，这些通常都应该算是toilet accessory的，应该是FOC installation。他把这些小东西的installation都charge你，加起来是一笔不小的数字呢。

还有，你把这个房间的floor tiles都hack了，怎么没见你把bed room的floor tiles或者是laminate贴回去呢？

37K的报价我觉得还可以，不算是便宜，但绝对没有黑你。提醒你几点注意的：
1.这个报价比较不正规，对方应该是contractor，不是ID。所以应该不会给你提前出效果图之类的，在设计上需要你知道，他的ideal会比较少
2. 报价里面的homogenous tiles没有标明psf的价钱。通常是$2.6~2.8psf，个别的有$3的
3. 向他索取做电的收费标准，因为电路是另外收费的，不要小看电路，如果很多灯的话，电路的费用可以达到2000多...
