HDB recognises that there were limited choice of flats when your turn for selection was due. hence, we have exercised flexiblilty not to treat you as having rejeced one chance and will not count it towards the two chances for the removal of first-timer status in the balloting. however, all your additional chances accumulated from previous unsuccessful applications (if any) will be zeroised.
