budget 400k (including cash), 5 room, 5-7 years, high floor, 8-10 minutes walk to MRT. also wanna have some known friends around my place.....plus i m working at ang mo kio.

西北线上，只有hougang, buangkok，sengkang, pungol. hougang太旧，pungol还太不成熟。

南北线上，只有，yio chu kang, katib, yishun, sembawang, admiralty, and further....yiochukang没什么购物设施，也旧，katib,yishun太旧，admiralty,woodlands,越来越远。。。。。

东边和西边不考虑。。。。。。
