I am planning to buy a new desktop for small home business. Mainly for autocad, surfing and some multimedia playing. I find a system in dell web site but it exceed my budget (about S$1800), Please advice me which part is unnecessary. thanks.

Intel P4 540 with HT (3.2Ghz, 1 MB L2 cache, 800MhzFSB
2*256 533MHz SDRAM
160G SATA HD 7200RPM
16xDVD+/- RM with Dual layer write capabilities
128MB PCLex16 AtI Radeonx300SE w/TV-Out and DVI
17" LCD (analog+DVI)
Integraded 5.1 channel audio
The rest are somthing normal.
