Trump said to all the countries who have trade surplus to US (China, EU, etc.): "I buy $500 from you, you buy $200 from me, it is unfair, you have to pay me back $150 --- ($500-$200)/2".
Trump said to all the countries who have trade deficit to US (Singapore, Australia, etc.): "I buy $500 from you, you buy $700 from me, I am so sorry but I have to say "you Suck, and you have to pay me $50 (minimum price floor of 10%*$500) for providing you this trade opportunity".
They way trump presenting the "tariffs table" is horrible. What Trump is doing is robbing. It is not that other countries are paying the tariff, it is the US companies who are importing actually paying the tariffs to their own government. It is the mid-low income US family who is suffering....
