UL真正卖点是premium finance(就是可以贷款买UL)和long term credit rate guarantee(想想看债券最长的也就30年，但UL可以有whole life 2%的guarantee)。至于第一个卖点，如今房最低贷利息都2点几了，想要以低于2%的利息拿到贷款，估计很难(前几年利息低的时候，UL在市场上炙手可热就是因为premium finance)。至于第二个卖点(很少人能够意识到这个卖点的价值)，如果楼主还年轻的话(mortality charge低)，的确值得考虑一下。
