SINGAPORE : Warrants of Total Access Communications fell sharply from S$1.24 to 22 cents on Wednesday morning due to a technical glitch.
Upon a query from the Singapore Exchange, Societe General said the sharp drop was due to a technical problem in its computer system, which resulted in the mis-pricing of the warrants.
Almost 28 million warrants were traded between 11.27 am and 12.10 pm before a trading halt was imposed.
The SGX said all trades in TAC warrants transacted on Wednesday would be cleared and settled as usual. - CNA
