Job Description:
Work on leading edge high speed interface design for Gbps PHY
Participate in architecture plan and circuit implementation
Be responsible for schematic design, simulation, test plan, and bench testing
Escort and instruct layout designers to complete physical implementations
Execute project assignment in the timing manner
Follow company’s quality standards during project execution
Requirement:
MS or PhD with more than 5 years circuit design experience
At least 3 or more years of Serdes design experience such as USB, PCIE, 10G Ethernet PHY, HDMI, DISPLAY PORT, MIPI design
Familiar with analog design and simulations, including eye-diagram, jitter, BER simulations
Strong knowledge in physical layout and component’s parasitic effects
Knowledge with process and device physics is a plus
Willing to work as an active team player with group’s goal in mind
Strong passion to learn
Good spoken and written English
Position 2: Analog Design Leader/Manager on Analog/mixed-signal Products
Job Description
Drive every phase of an IC project development: starting with product definition, design partitioning and architecture, circuit design, layout supervision and design verificationvalidation supervision.
Work with application and test engineers to define optimal characterization and test solution.
Provide mentorship and training as needed to junior analog designers
Communicate fluently, both verbally and in writing, with other global design centers and participate in product definition and evolution.
Requirement:
  MSEE or PHD in Microelectronics or EE related majors, equivalent degree/experience acceptable
  >8 years of solid experience & knowledge of precision analog/ mixed signal IC design.
  Experience on precision ADC/DAC design is a strong plus
  Great team player and be able to drive activities under complex project. Project leadership or team leadership experience is a strong plus
  Creating innovative solutions to solve challenging circuit and architecture problems
  Self-motivation, result oriented, good team work and communication skills
  Good spoken and written English
