~Assist to coordinate in the areas of recruitment, employee benefits administration
~Responsible for work pass application/ renewal/ cancelation
~Assist for employee reimbursement claim record and document check
~Office facilities procurement for office items
~Handle to make payment for some vendor's bills timely
~file documents and assist ac-hoc administrative duties assigned
要求:
~at least polytechnic
~some related experience at HR/ Admin operation
~Good organizational skills to manage operational processes
~Good communication skill and fluent in English
