To support our newly opened operation in Singapore, the company is recruiting, with an initial focus on Client Services staff. Candidates will need to be educated to Graduate level, and to be permanent residents in Singapore. As an integral part of the Global Client Services team, the candidate (s) will liaise primarily with clients, sales, compliance and other departments on a daily basis, both in Europe, as well as in Singapore and the region. It is, therefore, essential that the candidate is a good team player with a proactive attitude and an interest in developing a career in the financial services industry.
Key requirements:
A dynamic and effective team player with strong work ethics and a good academic background
Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail.
A professional telephone manner, strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Languages Fluent in English and Mandarin. Other language abilities an advantage.

The Role
Key responsibilities:
Opening client accounts in line with the companies KYC and account opening policy.
Electronically create files for clients.
Update various spreadsheets.
Responding to client queries via both emails and phone (also potentially Live Chat).
Logging all client contact on CRM system.
Other ad-hoc admin duties.
