Job Description:
· Provide Hands on / remote—1st level support for IT operational issues.
· Ensure all incidents are logged in Servicedesk
· Helpdesk Functions & Tele Communications
· Providing ad-hoc user support and training for supported software
· Maintenance of operationally robust and secure infrastructure.
Contract Period: 3 months ( may be extend to 6 months)
Working hours: 9am – 6pm
Working Days: 5 days per week
Duration: ASAP
Salary: Depends on experience
