We offer an internship position within the Presales department of Bosch Software Innovations in Singapore ideally starting as soon as possible for the duration of up to six months. You can find more information on Bosch Software Innovation at www.bosch-si.com
Your tasks will include:
- Development of prototype showcases using IoTS Suite, expanding through open source APIs and tools.
- Developing Proof of Concepts (PoC) and assisting with clients presentation
Your profile:
- Advanced student in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, Business/Industrial Engineering or other interdisciplinary courses, with good business knowledge combined with an affinity for IT-related topics.
- Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript programming skills, experience with Eclipse and Linux are mandatory.
- Prior experiences and strong interest with Raspberry Pi and familiar with devices and drivers programming is a plus.
- Understands the concepts of Web/REST services, JSON and XML and with some prior hands-on experience is beneficial.
- Familiar or worked with Maven and OSGi is beneficial.
- Good analytical skills and being a quick learner
- Strong ability to work and think independently including actively analyzing and suggesting innovative ideas to solve problems
- Motivation to work in a multicultural environment, good English skills (speaking and writing)
