Sales Management (30%)
• Develop sales strategies and action plan to achieve sales target from distribution and display
• Manage order placement and control inventory with distributor
Channel Management (30%)
• Communicate, coordinate and engage with the distributor and retailer, to execute the marketing plan
• Initiate and provide support to distributor to get better trading term, promotion package etc from retailer. and
• communicate properly to ensure implementation on time;
• Review constantly business practices and performance with channel customers and internally on a regular basis
• (monthly and quarterly basis);
Promotion Management (30%)
• Plan, implement and control promotion calendar and budget
• Build up and manage promotor team for execution of promotion plan;
• Help to monitor promotion materials (POSM, Premiums, TVC tape, etc).
Market Intelligence (10%)
• Competative analysis
• Understand customer needs, shopper and market insights and explore media opportunity to promote sales;
Requirement:
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Background in Sales and Account management preferred; Work experience in MY or other Asian countries is a plus
• CPG, Beauty, Skincare, or Retail Sales Account Management knowledge is required
• Bachelors degree required (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong business analysis, communication, organizational and prioritization skills
• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin, command of other language is a plus
• Interest in Chinese Culture
Must-have:
1. Mandarin-speaking.
2. Experience in managing distributors(hypermarkets, personal care franchises) in the FMCG industry, ideally cosmetics/personal care.
