Ph.d does not mean anything before you show them the difference. As PhD, we should have the self-confidence that we are different and we are better. It's a matter of time and opportunities to show the qualities.
The trap for us to fail is, that we hold on to what
we ve achieved in study, and shy away from fighting for career. Like someone mentioned being treated unfairly by some indo guy - well, just fight back and play their game, and play better than them.
