I got a E6 offer last year but didn't take it... I believe ST offer is decent but only average.. The good is about their stable bonus each year. The career profile you can build up is precious. You can't get it elsewhere ( I believe) since it is a big company.

The office politics is slightly more than other place but a good place to train management skills...
