Java Software Engineer
Position responsibilities:
To participate in software development and maintenance
.
• To work on development and maintenance of a document management software.
• To design, code and document features developed.
• To build, and patch software releases.
• To investigate software problems and conduct root cause analysis of the problems
Essential skills and experience required:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• Minimum two years of experience in development of Web applications in Java EE platform
• Basic SQL skills (preferably SQLServer, Oracle, Postgres, DB2) and ability to write SQL script is required
• Technically proficient in Java, JSP, servlet, XML, UTF8, Tomcat, Eclipse
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good command of English
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Good communication skill
Location of work and working hours:
Science Park, Singapore, 8:45 to 17:30 (Monday to Friday)
