People management responsibility of a group of skilled engineers situated in multiple sites;
· Responsible for the people management processes including competence building, assessment and recruitment;
· A significant task is planning and alignment of resources, both people and funding, which is done in close cooperation with the project managers and chief engineers who will apply the resources to a prioritized portfolio of projects;
· Take part in the process of giving priority to the activities and will take responsibility to align with theresources available;
· Take part in different project teams working on specific deliveries to our internal and external customers. In addition to that we expect you to give technical support to the organization.

JD for senior scientist:
As part of Product Development Team by developing LM technologies;
· Responsible for a defined specialist area supporting the PD Strategy;
· To add customer value to LM Products through research and development– reliability, cost and performance;
· The success of the effort is measured in the ability to develop new technologies and add existing technologies securing the
future business of LM Wind Power;
· Take part in different project teams working on specific deliveries to our internal and external customers;
· Provide technical support to the organization;
· Must follow the LM code of conduct, the LM values, and the Chart of Authority.
