Job Description
• Draft and review a wide range of legal documents including agreements.
• Assisting Chairman on corporate legal matters
• Communicate with clients internally and externally
Requirements
• Minimum Degree in Legal Studies or external LLB
• Bilingual reading and writing in English and Chinese
• At least 2 years of working experience in a law firm or in-house legal department dealing with corporate commercial work
• Frequent Travel to China required,
• Outstanding candidate with excellent interpersonal skill.
