Optical Sub-Assembly (OSA) Engineer
Job Duties:
-Responsible for driving the development of novel, high performance transmission and receiving optical assemblies from conceptual stage through production release
-Involve in applying the fundamental of opto-electronic device physics
-Design of semiconductor lasers, detectors and optics; fiber to lens modeling; tolerancing and statistical analysis
-Hands on characterization of opto-electronic device; development of optical component packaging; driving products through new product introduction phases and transfer of designs into offshore manufacturing
Skills / Qualifications:
-BS/MS/PhD in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, Physics or equivalent
-2-3 yrs of related work experience or fresh graduate from University
-Experience with Optoelectronic device characterization and physic is preferred
-Light travelling to our different sites is required
