另外MFE出来还有个不错的方向就是去hedge fund 去做 statistical arbitrager. 主要是依靠数据采集，统计的方法来帮助进行股票交易。
但是据说刚毕业出来的学生去hedge fund应该是相当难的，除非有认识的人在里面。
MAF--至少smu的MAF--的培养目标就没有那么明确了，看他们对自己课程的overview:
