HNL empowers users the ability to visualize using existing mobile handsets: where I am, who’s around me, what relationship we have with each other, where is the nearest Starbucks or the location of my car keys?
looks like a location-based service integrating standard features (for buyers to locate a business and for sellers to advertise their business) and social networking elements (interesting. with social networking sites sharing their contact resources it is not only doable but also scalable, though privacy can be a hurdle)
HNL provides patented technology and services for mobile devices to allow users to precisely visualize their environment using a mobile handset. HNL revolutionizes the way we socialize, communicate, navigate and interact with objects within our physical surroundings.
The word "visualize" has been mentioned twice in the short description. On the website one of the key products is "Pixie engine", apparently linked to visual representation. When I envision about these sort of products the best picture could be a map with dynamic dots and circles indicating people and objects' whereabouts. I believe they have done something better to justify the patent.
Most powerful aspect is that HNL's technology works indoors and outdoors without the need for the internet, cell service or GPS.
- this is the most powerful, also most incomprehensable bit. location service without Internet, cell service or GPS ... Is there any other means to locate things?
