我觉得要看具体工作吧，工作内容， 将来公司对自己的发展，通过面试下来感觉老板和环境是不是适合。rbs现在总体来说比较稳定，也要看具体部门。。 就我见过的人，同样内容年份，ms钱多一些吧。。
