if you are not a person passionate about sales, then you are not suitable. there will be sales target as stated in the description.
I asked if the trainee needs to do cold-calling, the interviewer didnt give a clear answer, saying cold-calling is one possible way to get more clients, but there are ppl who maintain the existing clients.
salary = basic+commission, basic difers according to your interview performance, ranging from 1500 to 3000,3000 is the roof and almost not possible if I am not wrong.
I asked about the expected salary in 2 years, the interviewer said ppl can get 3~4K, but of course you may also boost into 1/4 millionaire like the boss Marry Riana.
the other thing is the interviewer would try to convince you to go for the so-called ACE during the 2nd interview and persuade you to ask questions only by then. there is S$20 charge for the ACE, for a free lunch and a book written by the boss.
I paid for the ACE, but then immediately after that I realized this is not the job I want and I didnt wanna waste any more time on this. So just suggest you think through before make the decision and spending the time for 2 interview + ACE + one last meeting with Marry Riana.
