听说这种Associate在银行里面挺受重视的，可以rotate to different positions, and be provided all rounded training.

大象，知道这种职位的薪水大约多少;一般career path怎么走？
本人engineering master, 2 yrs experience, is this advantage or disadvantage, or both?
If disvantage, any way to make it better?
