If you got an interview appointment from HR of Agilent, then it is Agilent Technologies. Not Avago Technologies, they are two separate companies now. All what I can say is that Agilent is good! American company culture, flexible, not so stressful, a lot of training, good benefit, standard pay. It was selected as the best employer in asia about 2-3 years ago. You could try to ask for more if you got an offer. Agilent is a generous company, according to my experience as long as they think you are good enough, they will consider your reasonable request.
