最近有没有人在德国大使馆签申根签证阿？

我想在9月份去德国和奥地利，从德国入境。本来很顺理成章的要去德国大使馆签证，结果在他们网站上看到这样一句话：

The German Embassy issues visa only for trips to Germany and Portugal. If you are planning to visit another Schengen country, please contact the responsible mission/authority of the respective country.

然而我又看到这样一句话：

If you are travelling to two or more countries you have to apply for a visa at the mission of the country in which you will spend most of the time of your journey.

我预计在德国呆的比较久，所以应该在德国大使馆签证，但是他们又只给德国的签证，难不成我还得到奥地利大使馆去签？所以想问问有没有同志最近在德国大使馆签过证啊？他们当真只给德国和葡萄牙的签证？有没有人拿到申根签证？
