我告诉officer我找不到company letter 他就让我提交这个表格 我说我从来没见过这个表格 现在还在等他回复 不知道其他同学从前公司辞职有收到这个表格吗

我前两个都是几千人的大公司了 按说程序是规范的 可从来没收到也没听说这么个东东啊
