not sure why you choose physics especially NTU, better change if possible. I did NUS physics 10 years ago, probably the 2nd SM3 student to take physics at that time. One senior only, went to TOP1 u.s for Ph.D. But that guy got Gold Medal (Best in his year in physics). I was lucky to get in banking after graduate with my Silver Medal. I got some junior in physics, so far not in that great shape. Basically, if you are not the TOP1 or 2 in your year, better give up. 90% of Physics student go to teaching. 5% go to local Ph.D, and less 5% go to oversea, less 1% change to other area and about 2% no idea what happened...
